Case Study 6 - Heavy Industry Insurance Broker - Complete Technology Refresh, Ongoing Technical Support, Web Design and Hosting

We have provided full technology support to this client for several years now. We were initially retained to simplify and centralize support withouth having to hire a full-time support staff. Since that time, we were asked to take over management of their Internet presence, and recently performed a complete technology refresh, including a Windows 2000/ISA Firewall Server deployment.

The goal of the technology refresh was to replace all computers and servers and to expand to incorporate additional office space. Our client wanted to minimize demands on them in the completion of the project, and it was a requirement that we also minimize user downtime.

We utilized our contacts in hardware procurement, network cabling and Internet connectivity to put together a package that was right in line with the clients needs, and ultimately the entire project was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and with minimal client intervention.

Since this time our client has begun expanding and we were again brought in to quickly add computers and services to meed their demands.
